Dear Williamsburg Neighbors,

 We are cautiously optimistic that life as we used to know it will return sometime soon and we await directives from State and Local Government and our Pool Management Company (Bennington) on the operation of our Williamsburg Community Pool for the 2020 Pool Season.

 With Summer fast approaching we are planning to have the Williamsburg Community Pool ready for opening on Saturday May 23rd 2020 (date subject to change).

 As customary in years past, each household will need to register for pool passes. Attached is the updated form that you can complete and return to PENCO Management. 2020 Pool Pass registration form

 This information is being sent via email and will be posted on the HOA website and the social media page. Those homeowners without an email address on file with Penco Management will receive this correspondence thru regular mail.

 In addition please note that pool passes will not be issued to Homeowners who are not current with their HOA dues.
