Subject: WHOA Annual Meeting Update

Dear Williamsburg Residents,

Our Williamsburg Annual Meeting was held last Thursday evening and we did obtain enough proxy forms to reach a quorum of at least 92 households.

Regrettably we did not have any resident (candidate) appear at the meeting for the open HOA Board position.

We invite any interested home owner to submit a candidate form in advance of our next monthly Board meeting on Wednesday February 19th 2020 and be able to attend the meeting.

It was brought to the floor at the annual meeting that there should be private road representation on the HOA Board and at the current time there is not so we encourage a homeowner from a private road to submit a candidate form.

We will provide you with an update after our February monthly meeting.
