The Williamsburg Homeowners Association Executive Board would like to remind you that the Annual Homeowners meeting has been scheduled for January 26, 2017 at 7:00PM at the Williamsburg Homeowners Association Clubhouse.

Please take this opportunity to come out and meet the Executive Board, your neighbors, and the management company. The Association’s owners’ meeting provides a forum for you to learn more about what is happening within our community.

It is imperative that you attend so that a quorum is reached. If you cannot attend the meeting, please fill out the proxy sent via email by kbaughman@selectpropertymanagement.com and return per the instructions on the form. Please make sure to have proxies returned no later than January 24, 2017. Please note that no homeowners contacted Select with interest in running for the Board, therefore nominations will be taken from the floor.
